How do I choose a test?
Review the markers and sample type on the kit page. If you are unsure which panel is right for you, discuss it with your clinician.
How is my sample collected?
The sample type is shown on each kit page. Follow the instructions supplied with your kit; some panels require a venous blood draw.
What is included in my report?
Reports can include marker bands, composite risk scores, important findings and clinician-reviewed explanations. The exact markers depend on your panel.
When will my results be ready?
Timing depends on the panel and laboratory processing. Your account will show the status of your test once live account access is available.
Who can see my results?
Your report requires verified customer identity and additional security checks. Clinical data stays in the regional clinical vault, separate from the shop.
How do I activate my kit?
Kit activation is completed in your account. Follow the kit instructions and keep your test ID available. Online activation is not yet connected.
Need urgent medical care?
Do not wait for a blood test report if you feel seriously unwell. Contact your local emergency service or seek urgent medical advice.
